iWant launches the one-stop section iWant Sports, where passionate followers of different sports leagues can stream right at their fingertips all kinds of sports content on whatever device, whenever and wherever they are.

For diehard sports fans and even casual sports enthusiasts, there’s nothing like feeling the intensity of watching a match of their favorite athletes. However, many of them have busy schedules that make it impossible for them to keep up with the action in real time.

With this in mind, ABS-CBN’s streaming service iWant launches the one-stop section iWant Sports, where passionate followers of different sports leagues can stream right at their fingertips all kinds of sports content on whatever device, whenever and wherever they are – whether they want to watch live games, revisit the highlights of the games they missed, get to know their idols, or catch up on the latest news updates in the sports world.

iWant Sports kicks off on Saturday (February 16) with the livestreaming of the games of the much-anticipated University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Women’s Volleyball Tournament featuring the hottest college volleyball squads in the country.

The one-stop section on the streaming service will house various sports content offerings for fans of the UAAP, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Premier Volleyball League (PVL) , Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL), ASEAN Basketball League (ABL), Alab Pilipinas, Pinoy Pride, boxing events, and national tournaments.

Beyond the games, sports aficionados can also learn more about the history, achievements, and the most prominent sports personalities of different UAAP campuses in ABS-CBN Sports’ UAAP special “University Town” (“U-Town”), get an inside look at the lives of their favorite NCAA student-athletes in the lifestyle show “Upfront,” and follow the trends in the automotive world and get car care advice in ANC’s motoring show “Rev.”

Those who want to stay fit and healthy or start their journey to wellness can reach their fitness goals by watching “Sports U,” which features the health regimen of the country’s hottest stars and inspiring stories of triumph, hope, and perseverance about promising and prominent athletes.

iWant Sports will also house powerful and gripping documentaries, including “UAAP G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Teams),” which looks into stories behind the greatest UAAP teams in history who have had the most enduring impact on and off the court.

Get into the most talked about news updates and issues in the world of sports in ABS-CBN S+A’s flagship program “The Score” and ANC’s sports talk show “Hardball.”

Satisfy your sports cravings whenever, wherever, and however you want it on iWant via its iOS or Android apps or via web browser on iwant.ph.

More subscribers can also get their iWant craving in the comfort of their own homes as they can already connect the streaming service to their TVs via Chromecast and Apple Airplay.
