The 2020 adventure-fantasy romance is an exciting sequel to “Ever Night” a Chinese drama adaptation of the award-winning historical fantasy novel written by Mao Ni.
Set in the Tang Dynasty, the series follows the journey of Ning Que (Dylan Wang) who is the last surviving member of the General Lin household who takes on the job of protecting the Tang Country and his beloved friend San San’s (Song Yi Ren) real identity.
Facing countless hurdles and obstacles with warlords encroaching on the lands of Tang, Ning Que has stepped up to become the leader of the Tang Army in order to protect his country, its people and the woman he loves. In a dark battle against vile men and the evil darkness, Ning Que must fight to save everything he has ever held dear or die trying.
