Coco Martin and Jake Cuenca’s potential rivalry in “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo” continues to generate buzz among viewers after a special plug featuring their high-octane encounter accumulated four million views in less than 24 hours.

Tanggol (Coco) may have just met his newest archenemy in Congressman Miguelito (Jake) from the equally wealthy Guerrero clan as the hit Kapamilya series gears up for another action-packed clash. Although Tanggol and Miguelito intend to do business together, they are still wary of each other’s true motives, and unbeknownst to Miguelito, Tanggol plans to double-cross him in their upcoming transaction worth millions of pesos.

However, whether their feud escalates or results in a powerful alliance, their lives may turn complicated either way after the revelation that Tindeng (Charo Santos), Tanggol’s grandmother, shares a traumatic history with Don Gustavo (Dante Rivero), Miguelito’s grandfather, wherein the latter sexually abused her which resulted in her pregnancy with Marites (Cherry Pie Picache).

The shocking revelation of Tindeng’s backstory sparked conversations online about the possibility of pivotal characters being blood-related to one another.

Will Tanggol find a new ally or face an even tougher rival in Miguelito? Are the two related by blood or are there more plot twists that are yet to be revealed?
