After the tragedy that happened four years ago with Super Typhoon Yolanda, with lives, infrastructure, and livelihood lost, there comes hope as help form different places pour.

Here are different stories of hope which became possible through your help and donations. 

(These stories were aired on ABS-CBN during the first quarter of 2017.)

 

Kuday: Eldon catches kudays or little crabs to help his family earn a living after school. He also wants to be a police man someday.
 

Ate: With their parents far away to earn a living for their family, Gellian becomes the head of the household. With her two younger sisters, they cross nine rivers just to go to school.

Lambat: Despite Lorence's asthma, he still continues to strive hard with his studies and helps his mother catch and sell fish after school.

Alon: After Yolanda, Buboy and the community of Sabang Daguitan found hope with the waves.

Habi: Nanay Leonila and her fellow tikog weavers of Basey, Samar, lost their livelihood because of typhoon Yolanda. But after the tragedy is hope.

Sagwan: Sohoton was one of the tourist spots in Samar. But when typhoon Yolanda came, the tourism was greatly affected. Here's a story on how they found hope after Yolanda.

Bayanihan: Busuanga was the last place where the Super Typhoon Yolanda had its landfall. Through the help from different places and with their own way of helping themselves, the community started to be back on their feet again.
