January 28, 2021 AT 03 : 31 PM

Viewers were left awestruck as Jodi Sta Maria and Iza Calzado engaged in an acting showdown in the most awaited scene in “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin” last Tuesday.  Social media was abuzz when Ellice (Iza Calzado) begged Marissa (Jodi Sta. Maria) to help save Hope’s (Kira Balinger) life and as the mortal enemies came to a controversial agreement.

Followers of the show were all praises as they found themselves relating to what the characters were going through, especially with Ellice, who agreed to all of Jodi’s demands to save her daughter’s life, no matter how painful it was to give up half of her shares in Cenidoza.

"I admire Ellice @MissIzaCalzado! That is the best example of an unconditional love from a mother. You'll drop everything for the sake of your family. Your daughter! She even ready to give up her pride. I love how she portray Ellice character. #ASIAAagreement," tweeted @JanKeerbee.

"Mother will do everything for her child, indeed!!!

#ASIAAagreement @Kbalinger @MissIzaCalzado," said @Akiyaaaah.

@Josie45276587 posted "Kawawa naman si Ellice. She will do what it takes for the love of Hope."

In his desire to help Hope, Jake (Grae Fernandez) secretly had himself tested and soon found that he was compatabile with Hope.

Because found out about this, she used it as leverage in dealing with Ellice.

But Marissa was not contented with her conditions because she also demanded Ellice to sign a non-disclosure agreement that, if broken, would allow her to take all of Ellice’s shares in the company.

Will Ellice stay true to the non-disclosure agreement? Will Hope's operation be successful?
