Renowned chef Sandy Daza shares exciting potluck recipes to try this Christmas in the new season of “Casa Daza,” premiering on Metro Channel this Sunday (Nov. 26) at 7:30pm.
“Casa Daza’s” five-episode special Christmas offering starts with the demo of three potluck dishes to bring to holiday gatherings—Philly chicken sandwich, Fish paupiette, and Cordon Bleu spring rolls.
Family reunion staples follow in the second episode of “Casa Daza,” airing on Dec. 3 featuring well-loved dishes with a twist: roasted stuffed pork belly, lechon paksiw, and pinaputok na tilapia.
The Dec. 10 episode meanwhile features easy recipes to prepare when hosting Christmas parties—baked meatballs, eggplant anchovy, and steamed ginger chicken.
The succeeding episode airing on Dec. 17 highlights recipes that are perfect for Christmas day lunch. These include ground meat morcon, lamb stew, and prawns with garlic butter sauce.
The last episode for the season, premiering on Christmas Eve (Dec. 24), will showcase Chef Sandy preparing New Year’s Eve treats: Iberian chicken, Cebu puchero, and braised pork ribs.
