The line-up of Kapamilya stars was led by actress Bea Alonzo who is looking forward to the upcoming South East Asian release of her movie "Eerie" happening in March. She is also busy cooking up a soap opera with actor Richard Gutierrez. “I feel really blessed to remain a Kapamilya. My heart is so grateful for all the trust that the Kapamilya bosses are giving me,” shared Bea when asked what she feels after renewing her contract.
Also renewing his contract with ABS-CBN is actor Enchong Dee who is excited for the premiere of his movie entitled “Elise” this coming February. He is also doing another teleserye that is yet to be disclosed. Enchong shared that he’s very much excited with the line-up of projects that ABS-CBN has offered him.
Kapamilya actor JM de Guzman, on the other hand, is busy preparing for a movie and teleserye with ABS-CBN. When asked how he feels that he's still a Kapamilya, JM shared, "I'm trying to be calm as possible but I really want to celebrate because this is a very special day for me."
Momshie Jolina Magdangal also feels joyous as she will be spending another two years in ABS-CBN. She will continuously host the morning talk show "Magandang Buhay" along with Melai Cantiveros and Karla Estrada. "Sobrang happy maging isang Kapamilya. I feel really grateful to ABS-CBN," shared Jolina.
Actress Yassi Pressman also renewed her contract with ABS-CBN. Her fans will continue to see her in one of the longest-running television series "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano." Yassi can't help but express her gratitude to the Kapamilya network: "Masayang masaya ako that I found home here at winelcome ako ng mga tao with open arms. I just feel very blessed to still be here in ABS-CBN."
Completing the line-up of stars who signed up with ABS-CBN today is actress Bela Padilla who is busy taping for ABS-CBN's new mystery-thriller "Mea Culpa." She shared that it was a dream come true for her to be able to work with actress Jodi Sta. Maria. Bela also expressed her happiness as a Kapamilya: "I’m very satisfied. Being a Kapamilya, opened so many new opportunities for me in the last three years. I was able to write a book, write scripts, and more. I wouldn’t have done that if not for the support of our bosses here."
Present in the signing were ABS-CBN chairman Mark Lopez, ABS-CBN president and chief executive officer Carlo Katigbak, chief operating officer of broadcast Cory Vidanes, TV production head Laurenti Dyogi, head of finance for broadcast and news and current affairs Cat Lopez, Star Magic head Johnny Manahan, Veronique Corpuz of Viva Artist Agency Inc., and Perry Lansingan, co-manager of Jolina Magdangal.
