Noontime viewers continue to get their daily dose of good vibes from ABS-CBN’s “It’s Showtime” as it launched its newest segment “KapareWho” and recorded a high national TV rating of 19.5% on Monday (February 25), according to data from Kantar Media.
“KapareWho” is a compatibility game featuring single and widowed people, who are 40 and older and are looking for friendship and companionship. Every day, two ladies evaluate three masked men and choose a potential friend or partner based on their actions, words, and personality.
The debut of the segment piqued the interest of viewers as “It’s Showtime” beat its rival program “Eat Bulaga,” which only got 11.9%, as well as “Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko” (14.3%).
Meanwhile, viewers nationwide also watched the grand finals of the hit segment “Miss Q and A InterTALAKtick 2019,” where Mitch Montecarlo Suansane was crowned the winner, last Saturday (February 23) as the show earned a national TV rating of 27.4%, or almost 17 points higher than “Eat Bulaga’s” 10.6% and almost 14 points higher than “Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko’s” 13.8%.
“It’s Showtime,” which continues its countdown to its tenth anniversary celebration, airs Mondays to Saturdays on ABS-CBN and ABS-CBN HD (Sky Cable ch 167). For the program’s past episode, login to iWant (
