Now part of ABS-CBN’s growing list of digital properties
Searching and applying for jobs is now made easier as ABS-CBN TVplus’ CineMo has launched its on-air classified ads feature called “TrabaHanap” into a job search website.
With Trabahanap.com, users can easily find featured jobs from private companies. They can also customize their search based on the industry they prefer or look for jobs near their location.
According to ABS-CBN TVplus CineMo channel head Mark Awiten, Trabahanap.com aims to provide Filipinos an opportunity to make their dreams of a brighter future possible.
“CineMo hopes that every viewer is employed so they can provide and secure a brighter tomorrow for their family. This is the reason why ‘TrabaHanap’ has been launched as a website so more Filipinos can join the workforce,” he said.
“TrabaHanap” was first introduced in 2017 in CineMo wherein on-air job listings from DOLE’s website would appear after the closing credits of every movie that was shown on the TVplus exclusive channel. Besides on-air job listings, CineMo would also broadcast tips for viewers on how to make their job search worthwhile.
CineMo viewers can still see the job listings on-air and they can still find the list of job opportunities on CineMo’s Facebook page even if we have launched Trabahanap.com,” Awiten clarified.
One of the many CineMo viewers that was able to secure employment because of “TrabaHanap” was Regie Alano. According to Regie, CineMo’s ‘TrabaHanap’ was instrumental in his life as he was able to finance his brother’s education.
“I got to a job in maintenance because of ‘TrabaHanap.’ I got to help my brother finish school. It really helped me a lot since it made my job hunt easier,” Regie shared.
CineMo’s Trabahanap.com is now one of the growing digital properties of ABS-CBN that aims to transition into an agile digital company.
