Filgrimage is the coming-of-age story of a group of young people who chose to spend one summer in the Philippines to nurture their Filipino roots, discover more about their culture, and to answer the question, “What does it mean to be Filipino?”
Aside from offering a peek into the treasures and beauty of the Philippines, Filgrimage is a must-watch for families as it provides insight into the sacrifices earlier generations might have made in order to afford better opportunities for their children, while igniting gratitude and a sense of purpose for the younger breed.
