Rising Star Music artist Lesha expressed her frustration on being stuck in her new single entitled “sad songs” that is dropping on music platforms this Friday (November 6).
“‘sad songs’ was written during a really hard time in my life when I was struggling to find myself amidst all the noise and negativity,” disclosed Lesha. “I’m a naturally happy and bubbly person, but to see myself unrecognizable because of the deep pain I was in, was just heartbreaking.”

“I also wanted to try and explain that feeling of frustration of being stuck. I can say it’s pretty relatable to how things are now because of the pandemic,” the singer-songwriter added.
“sad songs” follows Lesha’s previous solo release, “Ciao, Bella,” which got support from numerous music platforms including Apple Music and several Spotify editorial playlists.
The young singer is also one of the artists who sang “HEAL,” a collaboration of several Southeast Asian female artists released by ABS-CBN Music International for the benefit of Pantawid ng Pag-ibig.
