Showbiz kibitzers have a new game show to look forward to every week as Jeepney TV and kumu launch a first-of-its-kind show “Showbiz Play Pa More (SPPM),” live on the FYE Channel every Monday starting today (June 21) at 6pm.
Hosted by DJ Jhai Ho, the two-in-one show will give viewers a chance to play and win up to P15,000 in its digital interactive game show segment ‘Showquiz Pa More,” and support their favorite acts in the ‘KGS: One Minute of Fame’ segment.
In ‘Showquiz Pa More,’ livestream viewers will compete to answer showbiz-related questions correctly in four rounds—the last round of which will be played with an episode’s featured celebrity guest who will surely add more fun and excitement to the game.
On the other hand, ‘KGS: One Minute of Fame’ will exhibit the brilliant talents of the official top 16 contenders of “Kumu’s Greatest Show (KGS)” campaign. During each contender’s public video livestream on kumu, fans can show support by sending them various SPPM virtual gifts. After successive elimination rounds come July and August, the KGS final four will be named and will vie to be the first-ever KGS grand champion who will win P100,000 in cash prize.
Meanwhile, viewers will surely feel nostalgic as the classic Asianovela “Meteor Garden” returns weekdays on Jeepney TV starting today (June 21) at 4:35 pm. Ka-Jeepneys will enjoy reliving the love-hate relationship of Dong Shan Cai with F4, her iconic love triangle with Dao Ming Si and Hua Ze Lei, and her quest in fighting for her true love.
