Karen and Migs shine the spotlight on two entrepreneurs who began their businesses for their children and family in the new episode of “My Puhunan: Kaya Mo!” airing this Saturday (March 16).
Migs visits Elcep’s Budbod, a social-media-famous establishment owned by the well-known comedian, Mosang. Mosang's journey in single motherhood led her to take bold steps in navigating life, balancing her acting career and business. In her interview, she discusses how her mother greatly influenced all of these aspects.
“Nanay ko, itinuro niya sa akin na walang lugi sa pagkain,” she tells Migs.
Meanwhile, Karen meets with Joy Rapsing of Sassy Creations PH to discuss her upcycling fashion business. Joy once lost her business during the pandemic and when she was able to recover, she decided to use her second chance as a way to give back to others. Joy's business venture provides an opportunity for female prisoners from Antipolo Female Dorm, who create wonderful pieces with her.
