Michelle Dee releases a colorful and campy new music video for "Reyna" in celebration of Pride month.
‘Sobrang reynang energy’ tampok sa kwelang MV
May inilabas na special “Reyna” music video ang Miss Universe Philippines 2023 at Sparkle artist na si Michelle Dee, aka MMD, na isang kolaborasyon ng ABS-CBN Music at GMA para sa pagdiriwang ng Pride month.
“I’m so excited for all of you to see it because this one is really dedicated to all of you specifically for this month, for the community that really screams loud and proud for our pride,” ani MMD.
Puno ng ‘reynang’ energy ang music video na sana aniya ay ma-appreciate ng maraming tao.
Sabi niya, “It’s fun, it’s light, it’s empowering, it’s so gay and it just means a lot and hopefully it resonates with a lot of people. It’s really meant to celebrate the song and all of its pride. Sobrang reyna niya, sobrang reynang energy lang.”
Bukod sa pagiging talent, nagsilbi rin siyang creative producer ng music video na nagtatampok din sa beauty queen-actress at ina niyang si Melanie Marquez. Ipinasilip din sa MV na napapanood na ngayon sa ABS-CBN Star Music YouTube channel ang kanyang childhood dream car.
Noong Marso inilabas ni MMD ang kanyang debut single na “Reyna” sa ilalim ng Star Music na inaalay niya para sa lahat ng reyna.
“Our objective was clear. This is for every single queen whether you’re a woman, a man, or anything in between. It’s for you to find your strength to be who you are,” paliwanag ni MMD.
Sa ngayon ay umani na ang kanta ng mahigit 1 million streams sa Spotify. Mayroon din itong music video na naunang inilabas na nagtatampok din kay Melanie at sa Kapuso actress at pinsan ni MMD na si Winwyn Marquez.
