Darna’s 75th commemorative shirts up for grabs
The legendary Filipina superhero, Darna, is making a stop at SuperManila Comic Con 2025, happening on Sept. 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday) at the Space, One Ayala in Makati City.
Fans are invited to celebrate 75 years of Mars Ravelo’s iconic creation through the exhibit “From Panels to Legacy: Lipad Darna,” which will feature an interesting array of memorabilia, a special tribute to Darna’s creators, and a heroic photo wall.
Costumes from the ABS-CBN series “Mars Ravelo: Darna” worn by Jane de Leon, who played Darna, and Janella Salvador who took on the role of Valentina, will also be on display.
The exclusive Darna 75th commemorative shirts, available in colors navy, royal blue, gray, and fern green, will be on display and available for pre-order via ShirtsandPrintsPH Facebook account.
Before SuperManila Comic Con, the “Lipad Darna” exhibit was also on display at Casa San Pablo in Laguna and at the Philippine International Comics Convention held at SM Megamall as part of the commemoration of Darna’s 75 years.
The beloved Darna character was first seen in Pilipino Komiks in 1950 and has become a symbol of strength, bravery, and bayanihan spirit. The Kapamilya series “Darna” aired on television from August 2022 to February 2023. #ABSCBNLicensing #Licensing #Darna #Darna75
