
Anne Curtis scores double wins for excellence in drama and hosting!
ABS-CBN scored major wins, with Anne Curtis earning two awards, at the Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) Cavite’s Laurus Nobilis Media Excellence Awards 2026.
Its hit noontime show, “It’s Showtime,” received the Media Excellence in Variety Show Program award, while its hosts, Anne Curtis and Vice Ganda, were recognized for Media Excellence in Variety Show Hosting for Female and Male categories, respectively.
Meanwhile, “It’s Okay to Not Be Okay” took home the Media Excellence in Television Drama Program title. Its lead stars, Anne Curtis and Joshua Garcia, were likewise honored with Media Excellence in Television Drama Acting (Female and Male) for their compelling performances as Mia and Patpat in the series.
Kapamilya journalist Karen Davila was also named winner of the Media Excellence for Public Affairs Hosting (Female) for her work on “My Puhunan: Kaya Mo!”
The Laurus Nobilis Media Excellence Awards of LPU-Cavite honors excellence in the Philippine media industry, recognizing works that reflect the values and standards of the institution.
