Featuring conversations with the next generation behind the country’s biggest conglomerates

ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC) spotlights the heirs of some of the country’s most influential conglomerates in “ANC Presents Succession,” a new limited talk series featuring candid conversations with the future leaders of Philippine business, premiering this Monday (June 1).

Hosted by entrepreneur Ian Paradies, founder of Engkanto Brewery and former executive at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI), “ANC Presents Succession” features one business heir per 30-minute episode in conversations that tackle the realities of business succession and leadership transition.

Among the business leaders set to be featured in the series are Damosa Land, Inc. president Cary Lagdameo, Union Bank of the Philippines president and CEO Ana Aboitiz Delgado, and Ayala Corporation managing director Mariana Zobel de Ayala.

Also joining the program are Vision Express Philippines and Eye Society managing director Neelam Gopwani, Citadel Pacific Ltd. president and CEO Ricky Delgado, and Vivant Corporation CEO Arlo Sarmiento.

The program discusses the family dynamics, pressures, responsibilities, and defining moments that come with inheriting some of the country’s biggest conglomerates, while also giving viewers a closer look at the personal stories behind the next generation of Filipino business leaders.
