After electrifying crowds across California, Hawaii, and Nevada for their “Signals” world tour
BINI is bringing Filipino music to Japan this weekend, taking the Mountain Stage at the 2026 Summer Sonic with their biggest P-pop hits as the nation’s girl group makes its mark on one of Asia’s premier music festivals.
The eight-member girl group, composed of Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, Jhoanna, and Sheena, will be performing this Friday (August 14). 14:40 – 15:20 JST at Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park in Osaka.
They are also set to rock Tokyo on Sunday (Aug. 16), 15:30 – 16:10 JST at the ZOZO Marine stadium and Makuhari Messe. Livestream is available for the Tokyo show and exclusively for Japan via WOWOW on Demand.
Summer Sonic is an annual music festival held over one weekend in August across two major regions of Japan featuring major international and Japanese artists. Aside from BINI, this year’s festival will also feature Filipino-Japanese singer Ena Mori and the Kings of P-pop, SB19.
Meanwhile, BINI received four nominations at the 39th Awit Awards, including Best Performance by a Group and Best Pop Recording for “Shagidi,” Best R&B Recording for “Katabi,” and Best Global Collaboration for “Blink Twice” feat. Indonesian singer Agnez Mo.
BINI also recently performed in Hawaii, Las Vegas in Nevada, and Los Angeles, Rohnert Park, and San Diego in California for the” BINI Signals World Tour.” They are also scheduled to continue their North America tour after their Summer Sonic performances, with concerts happening in Vancouver on Aug. 18, Calgary on Aug. 21, Edmonton on Aug. 22, Winnipeg on Aug. 24, Toronto on Aug. 27, and Brooklyn, New York on Aug. 28.
