Star Cinema continues to bring quality entertainment in the new normal, this time — a Halloween movie treat with ‘U-Turn.’

Starring JM de Guzman, Tony Labrusca and Kim Chiu, ‘U-Turn’ marks the film outfit’s first ever full-length feature film to be released in time of pandemic.

Helmed by Derick Cabrido, who was hailed as Vatican City’s 10th Mirabile Dictu International Catholic Film Festival Best Director for the movie ‘Clarita last year, ‘U-Turn’ revolves around Donna (Kim), a journalist for 7 years who wants to be taken seriously. After an opportunity arises when she sensationalizes her reports, Donna’s reports suddenly become viral.

However, she gets a taste of her own medicine when her twin brother commits suicide and becomes subject to sensationalized reports. Feeling guilty knowing her twin could never kill himself, Donna proceeds to investigate his death. With the help of his boyfriend Robin (Tony) and police officer Kevin (JM), she learns that all the people who have died all moved the barrier of a blind curve and made an illegal U-turn.

Will Donna be able to discover the truth about the U-Turn and prevent more deaths from occuring?

Joining Kim, JM and Tony in the fim are Miel Espinosa, Jojit Lorenzo, Alex Medina, Jerry Ohara, Simon Ibarra,
Mercedes Cabral, Almira Muhlach, Sky Quizon, Via Antonio, Martin del Rosario, Cris Villonco and Cris Villanueva.
