ABS-CBN continues to shine in the Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Awards 2024

Vice Ganda and Kabayan Noli de Castro continue to be trusted by Filipinos

ABS-CBN, the country's leading content provider, continues to be one of the Philippines' most trusted brands, clinching the Gold Award in the TV Network category for yet another consecutive year in the Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Awards 2024 last March 22 (Friday).

The Trusted Brands Awards body praised ABS-CBN for its innovation in creating meaningful stories that transcend global audiences and being in the service of Filipinos worldwide through meaningful entertainment and humanitarian efforts.

In addition to ABS-CBN's Gold Award, Reader's Digest also recognized ABS-CBN's veteran broadcast journalist Noli "Kabayan" de Castro and celebrity Vice Ganda for their trustworthiness among the public.

"It's Showtime" host Vice Ganda continues her winning streak as the Most Trusted Entertainment and Variety Presenter for an impressive six consecutive years. The recognition celebrates Vice Ganda's influence on Philippine entertianment and comedy, and her advocacy beyond the limelight.

Meanwhile, veteran Kapamilya broadcaster Noli de Castro added another Trusted Brands trophy in his illustrious career as this year's Most Trusted Radio Presenter for bringing "breadth of experience on the airwaves" through his long-running radio show "Kabayan" on DWPM Radyo 630/TeleRadyo Serbisyo and "TV Patrol."

Now on its 26th year, the Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Awards honor brands that have made a significant impact on consumers based on its market survey gauging trustworthiness and credibility, quality, understanding of customer needs, innovation, and social responsibility, among others.

The independently conducted Trusted Brands survey was done by leading research company, Catalyst, which surveyed 8,000 everyday consumers across markets of the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
