August 30, 2025 AT 03:30 PM

Packed with lively songs and dances to keep kindergarten pupils engaged in learning

A fun-filled learning series awaits Pinoy kids as Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) and the National Council for Children’s Television (NCCT) roll out “Kinder Yes!”, aimed at nurturing the literacy and numeracy skills of kindergarten pupils.

Blending songs, rhymes, dances, and vibrant animated graphics inspired by Filipino values, the seven-part learning series introduces young learners to foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, environmental care, and disaster preparedness.

The “Kinder Yes!” series aligns with the Department of Education’s (DepEd) curriculum and serves as a valuable tool for teachers and parents to digitally educate young learners.

The pilot episode, “Mga Tunog sa Paligid,” introduces children to familiar sounds, the Filipino alphabet, shapes and sizes, and the story of Pamilyang Tilaok. Other episodes cover topics such as counting, community members and places, weather patterns, Philippine currency, and caring for the environment.

“Kinder Yes!” airs from Monday to Friday at 6:20am, with replays at 6:20pm, on the Knowledge Channel via SKYcable (Metro Manila Ch. 5; Provincial Ch. 203), Cablelink (Metro Manila Ch. 4), PCTA Affiliated Cable Operators; Cignal Ch. 146, GSAT Ch. 3, Satlite Ch. 182; and DTT via BEAM 31.3. Episodes are also available for streaming on iWant.
