Richard, Bela, and Gerald tease new roles
ABS-CBN has dropped the official poster for the highly anticipated action-drama series “Blood vs Duty,” which is set to ignite primetime television viewing very soon.
The vivid poster introduces the characters to be portrayed by the lead stars Richard Gutierrez, Bela Padilla, and Gerald Anderson together with Baron Geisler and Barbie Imperial.
It was designed by Justin Besana, offering a first glimpse into the story’s central conflict and underscoring the looming clash rooted in systemic force.
Ahead of the poster reveal, JRB Creative Production also dropped a teaser where Richard holds a gun while Gerald brandishes a sword, a scene that foreshadows a brewing clash between the two.
A teaser featuring Bela was also released where she said the chilling line, “they are being butchered and so severely outnumbered.” Meanwhile, gunshots and police siren can be heard in Richard’s teaser as he says, “bunga ito ng malawakang pagkalat ng mga baril sa bansa.”
“Blood vs Duty” is among ABS-CBN’s highly anticipated offerings for 2026. The series was first announced last January 9, along with a glimpse of the cast’s rigorous training in preparation for the series.
It is helmed under JRB Creative Production, the creator of “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin,” “Darna”, “Nag-aapoy na Damdamin,” and “Sins of the Father” headed by Julie Anne R. Benitez and creative head Dindo Perez. The series is under the direction of FM Reyes, Bjoy Balagtas, and Rico Navarro, along with action director Erwin Tagle.
