“TNT” alumnus drops anthem for unexpected love
“Tawag ng Tanghalan: All-Star Grand Resbak” runner-up Ian Manibale captures the vulnerability and quiet courage of falling in love in his new single “Ganito Ba.”
The R&B track released under ABS-CBN’s DNA Music explores the emotions of unexpectedly finding a deep connection at a time when love feels uncertain. The song, composed by Kiko Salazar and produced by Gabriel Tagadtad, reflects the risks of opening one’s heart again despite past doubts and fears.
Ian first gained recognition after emerging as runner-up in “Tawag ng Tanghalan” season 5 in 2021. The rising singer from Catanduanes once again proved his vocal prowess after securing second place in “All-Star Grand Resbak” season 2.
Following his successful stint in the competition, Ian debuted as a recording artist last year with the single “Vicente Cruz,” followed by “Laging Nasa Tabi Mo.”
He has also collaborated with day one for “Naubos Na” and teamed up with fellow “TNT” alum Jezza Quiogue for “Hindi Na Mahal.” He is currently under One Music Management.
