Former “PBB” housemate Fred Moser to star in the romantic music video
Singer-songwriter Zion Aguirre captures the thrilling rush of a happy crush in his new single “Mahiwaga,” set to drop on Friday (May 22).
The alternative dream pop track released under Tarsier Records dives into the irresistible feeling of being drawn to someone who feels almost magical—hard to explain, yet impossible to ignore.
“I wrote this song para maka-feel ng lightness, kilig, at spark ulit sa buhay,” he shared in a post.
Zion composed “Mahiwaga,” while Jhay Ehidio handled its production. The official music video dropping on Saturday (May 23), 7pm will feature former “Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0” housemate Fred Moser.
Hailing from Cavite, the rising Kapamilya artist first gained attention through independently released tracks such as “Paradise,” “Sunshine,” and “Yakap.” In 2020, he signed with Tarsier Records and released the singles “Promise” and “Fallin,” with the latter gaining over 1.8 million plays on TikTok.
Zion further showcased his artistry in 2022 through his debut extended play (EP) “Bigkas,” which featured the track “In Another Life.” He returned to the music scene last year with the release of “Ayoko Na.”
