Taking the stage with “On Demand” EP launch this Saturday

BGYO ushers in a new era of sound and storytelling with “On Demand,” an EP that celebrates the joys and freedom of modern love, fresh from representing the Philippines on the international stage at the D.U.N.K. Music Festival 2026 in Japan.

“In this EP, we transition to themes of modern love – carefree, fun using the concept of new media like streaming, internet, video. Why new media? We want to be with you, our fans, in everything that you do through our music. Just like new media, it’s ever-present and heavily incorporated into all of our lives,” BGYO said.

The EP showcases BGYO’s evolving sound through a dynamic mix of pop, R&B, and hip-hop influences across seven tracks: “Fresh,” “Forever Tonight,” “Sinta,” “Mean Girl,” “Life’s Too Short,” “Raindrop,” and “Trono.”

“We’ve really found the perfect sound for us, something so undeniably BGYO. The EP is perfect for late-night vibing or early morning feel-good soundtrips,” the group shared.

Leading the release is “Forever Tonight,” a smooth and heartfelt track about wanting to make a special moment with a loved one last forever. The song was composed by BGYO members Mikki and Nate together with global songwriters GG Ramirez, Dan Henig, Aaron Paris, and Pontus Kalm some of whom have worked with the likes of BTS, Blackpink, Twice, among others.

To celebrate the release, BGYO will headline the “On Demand” EP Launch at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall on June 6 (Saturday), where fans can experience the new tracks live for the very first time. Admission is free through registration via the SM Malls Online app.
