Co-producing “Will You Fake Marry Me?” and the newest season of “Sparks Camp”
Audiences can enjoy a greater variety of shows on iWant as the streaming platform partners with digital entertainment company PlayTime Entertainment Corp. to produce new original programs that appeal to various Filipino viewers.
Under the partnership agreement, iWant and PlayTime Entertainment will co-produce new iWant shows, including the currently streaming vertical rom-com hit “Will You Fake Marry Me?” starring JM Ibarra and Fyang Smith, and the upcoming fourth season of the reality queer-dating show “Sparks Camp.”
The contract signing event held last July 7 (Tuesday) was attended by ABS-CBN officials Eugenio “Jamie” Lopez IV, head of ABS-CBN Digital; Jolly Estaris, head of iWant; and Jane Chua, head of Content Acquisition for ABS-CBN Digital and iWant. Representing PlayTime Entertainment were chairman and president Crisanto Roy Alcid, and company spokesperson Adela Mae Marshall.
